Sanpra Group’s prestigious and most popular food nucleus is now fully functional at I.T (Information Technology) corridor of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in three standalone structures of 10,000 S.ft area of fine dining restaurants, Take aways etc.

A total of six international brands which includes KFC’s first drive through in the country (INDIA) is operational since Oct 2008, MAST KALANDER a fine dining 100% vegetarian restaurant and PARADISE Restaurant & Take away with hyderabadi and Persian speciality menu are located in our food courts popularly known as “Epicentre” the food nucleus of IT corridor.

• Kwality Walls “Swirls Ice cream”

• KFC – Restaurant & Drive Through

• Paradise - the fine dining restaurant & Take away

• Pizza Corner

• Coffee World

• Mast Kalandar – 100% vegetarian restaurant

Mc Donalds which is about to launch its operations in six months down the line.

The food courts are owned and operated by M/s Sanpra Group India with an investment of around US $ 2.0 Million / Indian Rupees 9.0 crores.

• Epicentre – The food nucleus is centrally located at Informational Technology Corridor of Hyderabad, India

• Epicentre is part of the International Convention Centre namely Shilpakalavedika which has got 2100 seating capacity and campus spread over 6 acres of land.

• The built up area of the Food courts is around 10000 S.ft (seating area / excluding back office) in three independent structures.

• It has got ground level parking capacity of 200 four-wheelers and 300 two-Wheelers in the designated parking area of Shilpakalavedika campus.

• Food Courts are operational from 11.00 AM to 11.00 PM every day.

• Food courts are well maintained with excellent ambience, landscaping and with International standards.

• First drive through of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken, USA) in the country is operational since Oct 2008.
